Job summary

You will collaborate with the Plant Manager on strategic goals and lead teams across upholstery, trimming, and related departments.

Qualifications

• 5 years Upholstery and Trim experience.
• Lead Supervisor; 5 years’ experience.
• 3 years in a plant role within a LEAN manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production/workflow including Staging, Pack and Inspection, quality concerns, improvements, and reports to Plant Manager.
• Responds to questions from Upholstery associates and other departments on quality, efficiency, procedures, training, and production workflows.
• Manages Upholstery department attendance and personnel issues with HR.
• Maintains safety, quality, and machinery standards at all times.
• Executes operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems to grow the organization and ensure financial strength.
