Qualifications

• Experience with upholstery pattern marking or CAD software is required.
• Ability to program cut files for the multi-ply cutting system.
• Assist with pattern design functions including modification of digitized pattern components, markers, cut files.

Responsibilities

• Design experience with upholstery pattern marking or CAD software.
• Set match points on digitized pattern components & generate match markers / cut files.
• Program cut files for the multi-ply cutting system.
• Assist with pattern design modifications and creation of additional marker layouts and ECRs.
• Creation of files and components for leather cutting needs.
• Load cutting and usage information into AS400 as needed.
• Support product design and manufacturing teams with troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Lead process documentation and standardization for knowledge transfer.
• Mentor junior team members in marker making, cutting programming, and system usage.
• Communicate cross-functionally to ensure timely project management.
