Job summary

You will partner with Planning, Maintenance, Product Development, and Supply Chain to sustain uninterrupted production flow.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, safety, craftsmanship, and strong cross-functional collaboration to maintain high-quality results on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in upholstery/furniture manufacturing or related environments.
• Proven production scheduling, workflow management, and labor efficiency experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement on the factory floor.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to safely navigate a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production flows and staffing through hands-on supervision and real-time problem solving.
• Drive workflow optimization and scheduling to meet daily output targets and quality standards.
• Coach, develop, and hold production teams accountable to safety, craftsmanship, and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with SVP of Production, Planning, Maintenance, Product Development, and Supply Chain to align forecasts and execution.
