Qualifications

• 3+ years of upholstery experience in a production, workshop, or design environment.
• Proficiency in cutting, sewing, webbing, padding, and finishing techniques.
• Strong time management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow purchase orders and provide timely progress updates to support workflow efficiency
• Apply upholstery techniques and production standards to assemble and finish pieces with precision
• Use hand tools and equipment, including staple guns, webbing stretchers, hammers, scissors, and select power tools
• Safely handle wood frames and materials, using assistance when appropriate for heavy or awkward items
• Perform hand‑sewing, specialty projects, and other tasks as needed to support the upholstery team
