Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in upholstery/furniture manufacturing or related environments.

• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement on the factory floor.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to safely navigate a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
