Job summary

Via Seating is hiring Production Associates to Upholster and Assemble on our 1st Shift team. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in building quality products, this could be a great fit with a stable, full-time schedule and 3-day weekends.

Training covers all skill sets in the commercial chair build process, including cutting, wood/foam, kitting, upholstery and assembly. Ideal candidates have sound hand-eye coordination and can cope with moderate physical effort.

Qualifications

• Sound hand-eye coordination required.
• Ability to cope with moderate physical effort.
• This is a non-safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Assist upholstery and assembly of chairs on the 1st shift.
• Learn cutting, wood/foam, kitting, upholstery and assembly processes.
• Maintain quality and efficiency on the line.
