Job summary

Via Seating in Sparks, NV is hiring for a Production Associate on the 1st Shift. You will contribute to building commercial seating products across different production stages, including cutting, wood/foam, kitting, upholstery, and assembly.

The role offers a full-time schedule with a 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM shift (Mon–Thu) with overtime on Fridays and a starting pay of $19 per hour, DOE. Benefits are available from day one.

Via Seating is hiring Production Associates for our 1st Shift team! If you’re someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in building quality products, and wants a stable, full‑time schedule with 3‑day weekends—this could be a great fit.

Shift Schedule:

Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime on Fridays as needed

Pay:

Starting at $19.00/hour
Higher starting pay possible depending on experience
