Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble upholstered furniture components into completed chairs and products per work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect parts and products for quality, fit, finish, and operation before moving to next stage.
• Identify and communicate quality or assembly issues to team leads or supervisors.
• Cross-train in other departments to learn additional functions.
• Maintain production standards with accuracy and attention to workmanship.
