Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Owatonna, MN is seeking an Upholstery Assembler on the 1st shift to assemble upholstered, mechanical, and electromechanical components for premium fitness equipment. The role runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with overtime opportunities and a production bonus plan.

You will use hand tools, air tools and measuring equipment to meet specifications, participate in quality analysis, and maintain a safe, clean work area.

• Analyze rejected product and partner with the Lead Assembler on solutions.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your base wage will be between $19.00 - $22.13 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.
