Job summary

Alamo Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of upfit projects for HP Fairfield, applying deep knowledge of plow and truck equipment. You will own technical definitions, coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing, and ensure all project documentation and milestones are met.

You will drive the order-to-cash process, maintain customer confidence, and deliver solutions that meet contractual commitments while maintaining quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and execution; serve as primary customer contact on technical matters.
• Collaborate with Sales during pre-award to validate requirements and develop feasible solutions.
• Define and finalize technical specifications; ensure documentation is complete and achievable.
• Ensure project readiness before release to manufacturing: BOM, schedule, VIN tracking, drawings.
• Act as liaison across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Customers to ensure seamless execution.
