M Star Shipping is seeking a Customer Delivery Representative for our South San Francisco operations. The role involves delivering parcels in San Francisco, CA with no CDL required, and a shift from roughly 9:15 AM to 6:00–7:00 PM.

Earn hourly pay and bonuses, plus benefits. Base pay is $25.00 to $26.50 per hour, with performance bonuses up to $3.13 per hour, a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid during initial months, and a quarterly retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s license NOT required).
• No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years (Driving Record).
• Pass Pre-employment drug test (4Panel Drug Test).
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.
• Great attitude and energy.

JOB DETAILS:

• $25.00to $26.50base hourly pay depending on experience and schedule.
• Shift will be approx. 8-9 hours from 9:15a to 6:00/7:00p.
• Opportunity to earn from$0.50 to $3.13extra per hour in bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance.
• Bonus of $1000paid out over your initial months ofemployment (must have no call outs each month to be eligible for this discretionary bonus and have at least 5 shifts per week).
• Quarterly retention bonus that increases each quarter with tenure.
