Job summary

M Star Shipping in San Francisco is hiring a Customer Delivery Representative to service residential and commercial parcel deliveries. Earn up to $30 per hour with bonuses, with base pay between $25.00 and $26.50 depending on experience and schedule, plus a discretionary bonus and a company vehicle for deliveries.

Full-time roles require 4–5 days per week, including at least one weekend day. Comprehensive benefits, paid training, and a sign-on bonus of $1000 are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s license NOT required).
• No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years (Driving Record).
• Pass Pre-employment drug test (4Panel Drug Test).
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.

EARN UP TO $30.00 HOURLY WITH BONUSES

Based in South SF.

No Commercial Driver's License needed to be a delivery driver.

JOB DETAILS:

• $25.00to $26.50base hourly pay depending on experience and schedule.
• Shift will be approx. 8-9 hours from 9:15a to 6:00/7:00p.
• Opportunity to earn from$0.50 to $3.13extra per hour in bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance.
• Bonus of $1000paid out over your initial months ofemployment (must have no call outs each month to be eligible for this discretionary bonus and have at least 5 shifts per week).
• Quarterly retention bonus that increases each quarter with tenure.

• We have operations 7 days per week. Full time employees will work 4 to 5 days/week.
