M Star Shipping in San Francisco, CA is hiring a Delivery Driver to join our logistics team. Base pay is $26.00–$30.00 per hour with additional bonuses and a $1000 discretionary bonus paid over initial months. The role requires 21+ years old, a valid license (CDL not required), and weekend availability.

Expect an 8–9 hour shift between 9:15 AM and 6–7 PM, with benefits including health coverage, paid training, PTO, and paid time off. Full-time schedule typically 4–5 days per week.

JOB DETAILS:

• $26.00to $30.00 base hourly pay depending on experience and schedule.
  
• Shift will be approx. 8-9 hours from 9:15a to 6:00/7:00p.
  
• Opportunity to earn from$0.50 to $3.13extra per hour in bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance.
  
• Bonus of $1000paid out over your initial months ofemployment (must have no call outs each month to be eligible for this discretionary bonus and have at least 5 shifts per week).
  
• Quarterly retention bonus that increases each quarter with tenure.
