Job summary

M Star Shipping in South San Francisco is seeking a Part-Time Delivery Driver. Base pay is $25.00–$26.50 per hour, with shifts from 9:15 am to 6:00/7:00 pm and about 8–9 hours per day.

Weekend work is required and you may earn performance bonuses and benefits. Bonuses range from $0.50 to $3.13 per hour based on performance, plus a $1000 discretionary bonus over initial months (conditions apply) and quarterly retention bonuses.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
• No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years (Driving Record).
• Pass Pre-employment drug test (4Panel Drug Test).
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.
• Great attitude and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels to residential and commercial locations.
• Operate provided van safely and efficiently.
• Work 7 days per week with a weekend day as required.
• Complete required training and participate in performance programs.

JOB DETAILS:

• $25.00to $26.50base hourly pay depending on experience and schedule.
  
• Shift will be approx. 8-9 hours from 9:15a to 6:00/7:00p.
  
• Opportunity to earn from$0.50 to $3.13extra per hour in bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance.
  
• Bonus of $1000paid out over your initial months ofemployment (must have no call outs each month to be eligible for this discretionary bonus and have at least 5 shifts per week).
  
• Quarterly retention bonus that increases each quarter with tenure.
