Job summary

M Star Shipping, a Pacifica-based logistics company, is seeking a reliable Delivery Package Associate. You will deliver packages to residential and commercial locations, assist with loading and unloading, and operate a delivery vehicle during your shift.

The role requires a valid driver's license (CDL not required), the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability to work weekends. Competitive pay with bonuses is offered along with health benefits and paid training.

JOB DETAILS

• $25.00to $26.50base hourly pay depending on experience and schedule.
  
• Shift will be approx. 8-9 hours from 9:15a to 6:00/7:00p.
  
• Opportunity to earn from$0.50 to $3.13extra per hour in bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance.
  
• Bonus of $1000paid out over your initial months ofemployment (must have no call outs each month to be eligible for this discretionary bonus and have at least 5 shifts per week).
  
• Quarterly retention bonus that increases each quarter with tenure.

• We have operations 7 days per week. Full time employees will work 4 to 5 days/week.

Requirements
