Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) for rewarding opportunities in the Chester County area. You will provide one-on-one, behavior-based interventions in school, home and community settings, following treatment plans and BCBA guidance.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of experience, RBT 40-hour training, Safety Care, and required clearances (FBI, ACT 126, Criminal).

Qualifications

• Clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.
• Current health documents: physical exam, TB test, CPR, and First Aid Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interventions as outlined in the treatment plan with precision and professionalism.
• Document progress through written clinical notes for each client encounter.
• Participate in required weekly supervisions to ensure high-quality care.
• Follow plan by BCBA

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To qualify, you must meet the following educational and experience requirements:

Additionally, candidates must:
