Job summary

ITV America in North Hollywood, CA seeks a seasoned unscripted Production Manager to oversee field operations, budgets, and scheduling from pre- to post-production. The role acts as a central hub for logistics, cost tracking, permits, and crew coordination across diverse formats, with travel required domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years field and stage experience in unscripted productions.
• Strong organizational, operational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, production accounting systems and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage freelance teams; align with production practices.
• Track real-time costs, budgets, PO creation, and crew payroll.
• Log environmental data for ALBERT sustainability accreditation.
• Coordinate field and studio logistics, including gear shipping.
• Handle end-to-end travel logistics, flights, hotels, and housing.
• Secure filming permits, location agreements, releases, and safety clearances.
• Lead rate negotiations with suppliers for equipment, travel, and catering.
• Wrap production: equipment returns, reconciliations, and delivery docs.
• Collaborate with departments to implement best practices and improvements.
• Hire, onboard, and mentor production staff; ensure team integration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, unions, safety, and standards.
