Job summary

Seventh Dimension LLC is seeking an Unmanned Systems (UxS) Technician and Operator in Virginia Beach, VA. The role focuses on integration, assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of advanced unmanned systems for special operations applications.

You will build, configure, troubleshoot, and sustain unmanned platforms, supporting payload integration, embedded systems development, flight operations, and rapid prototyping initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or applicable discipline, or qualifying experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with degree, or 7 years without a degree.
• Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with Group 1/2 unmanned systems assembly, integration, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python; CAD and rapid prototyping.
• Experience building drones and knowledge of electric propulsion.

Responsibilities

• Integrate systems and technologies onto unmanned platforms.
• Build, assemble, configure, and modify unmanned aerial systems.
• Integrate embedded systems supporting C2, ISR capabilities.
• Test, evaluate, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair unmanned systems.
• Develop rapid prototypes using CAD and additive manufacturing.
