PingWind is seeking a Unmanned Systems Technician II to assemble, integrate, test, and maintain unmanned aerial systems and subsystems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, work with engineers, and ensure systems are mission-ready in lab, field, and operations.

Required: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years hands-on experience or 7+ years without a degree, plus strong skills in BetaFlight/ArduPilot/PX4 and CAD. May involve lifting equipment and using shop tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years hands-on experience or 7+ years without a degree.
• Experience with UAS, flight control systems, and unmanned platforms.
• Strong electronics, hardware debugging, and CAD/simulation familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, integrate, test, and maintain unmanned systems and subsystems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and sustain UAS hardware and software.
• Work with engineers to ensure systems meet performance requirements.
• Operate in lab, field, and operational environments with safety.
