Job summary

TrellisWare Technologies is seeking a Field Applications Engineer for Unmanned Solutions in Southern Pines, NC. You will be the technical touchpoint for customers, enabling unmanned air, ground, surface, and maritime platforms with TrellisWare products.

The role focuses on pre/post-sales support, product demonstrations, and field deployments, collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions and maximize performance on customer systems.

Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree or military related service is required.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Experience in fielding, integration, and troubleshooting unmanned systems.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for unmanned systems, onsite and remote.
• Deliver tailored communications solutions for unmanned platforms.
• Collaborate with end users, vendors, and internal teams to create new applications.
• Identify customer issues and work with customers to resolve them.
• Advise on implementing TrellisWare products to meet mission requirements.
• Craft and deliver technical presentations to customers and program offices.
