The role offers uncapped commissions and the opportunity to service top organizations across aerospace, automotive, food, logistics, and industrial markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful third-party, agency recruiting, or sales experience.
• Excellent communication, candidate management, and client-facing skills.
• Self-motivated and organized, with comfort working independently against clear performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruiting cycle from intake through offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Partner closely with internal teams and hiring managers to deliver well-matched talent.
• Represent clients with professionalism and discretion throughout the process.
