Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred; we’ll support you in obtaining one).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth.

Responsibilities
