Gas-N-Wash LLC is hiring a Car Wash Sales Representative to be the friendly face connecting customers to unlimited wash plans, gifts cards, and upgrades. You’ll drive sales while delivering top-notch service and helping customers choose the best wash options.

Requirements include at least 1 year in sales or customer service, an outgoing personality, weekend availability, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Training is provided, with growth opportunities within the company.

Competenze

• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Open weekend availability.
• The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
• Educate customers on the benefits of different wash packages and add-ons.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Assist with light operational tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Learn to direct vehicles safely into car wash tunnel ensuring safe and smooth operations.
• Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including the landscaping.
• Learn the processes of handling chemicals safely.
• Basic computer skills.
