Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Unlicensed Social Worker/Counselor/Mental Health Clinician to provide counseling to patients across medical facilities, hospitals, clinics, and learning centers. The role requires applicable licensing, meeting state requirements, and delivering care per professional standards.

The Unlicensed Social Worker/Counselor/Mental Health Clinician provides counseling to patient’s in a variety of settings including medical facilities, hospitals, clinics, learning centers and other organizations that are in need of assistance.

• Licensing/Certification according to state/facility/contract requirements
• Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing or other Human Development Major preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
