Washington University in St. Louis is seeking an experienced leader for the Emergency Management Department within the EPO. You will oversee university-wide disaster resilience programs, coordinate with campus partners, and guide preparedness and response activities.

The role includes mentoring staff, conducting training on emergency management systems, and ensuring readiness of the campus for incidents and recovery efforts across academic, clinical, and research operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the Emergency Management Program elements for the university and leads disaster resilience efforts.
• Serves as liaison with WUSTL departments, guiding planning and coordination before, during, and after emergencies.
• Provides training and guidance on emergency management systems and tools to faculty and staff.
• Leads program staff, contractors, and interns and conducts performance and development activities.
