Jacksonville State University in Alabama seeks a University Student Assistant for the Technology Support Center to help operate the TSC helpdesk and provide technical support for students, faculty, and staff. The role includes handling tickets, password resets, and other IT requests while maintaining confidentiality.
Applicants must be JSU students enrolled for at least 3 hours per fall/spring term with a minimum GPA of 2.0. Unofficial transcripts or enrollment/GPA printouts are required.
Technology Support Center
$8.25 per hour (Max 26 hours per week)
The Technology Support Center TSC University Student Assistant position will help operate the TSC helpdesk and provide technical support for students, faculty, and staff members. Duties may include assisting faculty, staff, and students with technology needs such as submitting support tickets, password resets departmental operational needs, and/or performing administrative and other support duties as required.
Positions may be filled based on individual applicants’ skills, qualifications, and departmental needs.
