Qualifications

• Education: vocational training, apprenticeships or equivalent experience (not always a four-year degree).
• Work Experience: 5–7 years in a related job discipline.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries via phone, chat, email and ServiceNow.
• Analyze inquiries and offer customized solutions and next steps.
• Escalate queries to appropriate offices per Service Desk guidelines.
• Document interactions in call center systems and provide self-service guidance.
• Support routine financial reports and special projects as needed.
