Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with five years of driving history and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed annual operating budgets consistent with university assumptions.
• Collect rent professionally and on time to maintain a healthy balance sheet.
• Oversee property performance and manage lease obligations including abstracts and rent roll.
• Prepare monthly expense variance reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain best pricing and quality service.
• Generate ancillary income through specialty leasing or other opportunities.
• Oversee capital expenditures and third‑party vendor oversight.
• Collaborate with other departments to execute the University’s strategic plan.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed for property maintenance issues.
