The role includes marketing rental properties, processing tenancy applications, conducting inspections, and maintaining positive owner relations. Qualifications

• Preferred college degree or equivalent training and experience.
• Experience in residential property management or related field is preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice real estate in applicable jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a portfolio of properties.
• Markets rental properties and communicates with owners.
• Processes tenancy applications and manages lease agreements.
• Conducts property surveys and inspections.

Skills

Real estate license

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to work independently

Knowledge of property maintenance

Ability to maintain a flexible schedule

Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping fundamentals

Ability to work effectively with team members

Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
