Join the 2027 FIS University Program as a full-time employee in Jacksonville, FL. This two-year program begins in 2027 with AI-enabled Learning Sprints designed to accelerate your impact from day one.
You will work on team projects, community service activities, and professional development seminars to grow with the business. The Consulting & Implementations team partners with clients to deploy, configure, and optimize FIS solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation and consulting projects by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and monitoring project milestones.
- Gather and document client requirements, business processes and project needs to support solution design and delivery.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to assist with onboarding, configuration, testing and go-live activities.
- Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, automation and enhanced client outcomes.
- Develop expertise in FIS products, implementation methodologies and consulting best practices while contributing to client success initiatives.
