Job summary

FIS invites motivated students to join the 2027 University Summer Internship Program in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time paid internship (40 hrs/week) runs May 31, 2027 through August 6, 2027.

You will join the Consulting & Implementations team, collaborating on client projects, learning FIS methodologies, and gaining hands-on experience in finance technology. You will work under mentors across onboarding, configuration, testing, and go-live activities, developing skills in requirements

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field including but not limited to Business Administration, MIS, Information Systems, IT, CS, Finance, Data Analytics, PM, Operations Management.
• Rising Senior (graduating December 2027 through May 2028).
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities, track deliverables, and monitor project milestones to support implementation and consulting projects.
• Gather and document client requirements, business processes, and project needs for solution design and delivery.
• Assist with onboarding, configuration, testing, and go-live activities with clients and internal teams.
• Analyze operational processes to identify efficiency improvements, automation, and better client outcomes.
• Develop expertise in FIS products and consulting methodologies while supporting client success initiatives.
