Job summary

SEU in Lakeland, FL is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data across SIS, CRM, LMS, and financial systems. You will develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Looker, delivering actionable insights to improve student success and operational efficiency.

You will partner with Enrollment, Finance, Student Success, and Academic Affairs to advance a data-driven culture, using AI-assisted analytics and scalable data solutions while ensuring data

Qualifications

• Required: 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or related field
• Preferred: Master’s in Computer science or related discipline
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and SQL
• Experience with large datasets and multiple data sources

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from enterprise systems to identify trends and opportunities
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support institutional reporting needs across enrollment, retention, financial, and operational metrics
• Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar tools
• Leverage AI-powered analytics for data preparation, anomaly detection, forecasting, and natural language queries
• Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to access and integrate data from multiple sources
