Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Counseling or Clinical Psychology; pre‑doctoral internship at an APA‑accredited center preferred.
• At least 1 year post‑doctoral experience in a university counseling center preferred; experience with women's issues and diverse clients essential.
• Experience conducting group therapy and coordinating a clinical service program; licensure preferred; Texas licensure within 12–18 months if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct psychological services: individual, couples, and group therapy; develop diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Conduct intake assessments and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate CAPS group therapy program and outreach services; supervise trainees as assigned.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in Titanium/CCAPS and related systems; ensure data integrity.
