About Our Assisted Living Facilities

Lakewood Pines and Lakewood Manor are licensed assisted living facilities with 43 and 26 apartments respectively. We focus on respecting and dignifying our residents, enhancing their quality of life through high-quality care.

Position Mission

The universal worker provides compassionate, personalized care to residents, emphasizing dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing and medication passing
• Encourage residents to function at their highest ability
• Communicate resident needs effectively to staff
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Respond positively to feedback from residents, families, and staff

Position Details

This is a full-time role (64-72 hours every two weeks), working 8-hour shifts from 2 pm to 10:30 pm, every other weekend. Starting wages are $17/hr, with CNA certification increasing pay to $19/hr.

Qualifications

• Current MN Certified Nursing Assistant certificate preferred but not required
