About Our Assisted Living Facilities

Lakewood Pines and Lakewood Manor are licensed assisted living facilities offering respectful, dignified care to residents, focusing on improving quality of life through high standards of service.

Mission for Position

The universal worker provides compassionate, personalized care to residents, emphasizing dignity and respect.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing and medication passing.
• Encourage residents to function at their highest ability.
• Communicate resident needs effectively with staff.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Respond positively to feedback from residents, families, and staff.

Position Type

• Casual, no fixed schedule.
• Willing to work various shifts (AM, PM, NOC).

Starting wages are $17/hr for universal workers and $19/hr with CNA certification.

Qualifications

• Current MN CNA certification preferred but not required.
