About Our Assisted Living Facilities:

Lakewood Pines and Lakewood Manor are licensed assisted living facilities with 43 and 26 apartments respectively. We are dedicated to respecting and dignifying our residents, aiming to enhance their quality of life through high-quality care.

Mission for Position

The universal worker will deliver personalized, compassionate care to residents, focusing on dignity and respect for each individual.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing and medication passing.
• Encourage residents to function at their highest ability.
• Communicate resident needs effectively to staff through written and verbal means.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Respond positively to feedback from residents, families, and staff.

Position Type

• Casual position with no fixed schedule.
• Willing to work any shifts (AM, PM, NOC).

Starting wages: Universal workers at $17/hr; CNA certified at $19/hr.

Qualifications

• Current MN Certified Nursing Assistant certificate preferred but not required.
