Job Summary: The Universal Teller I position is responsible for conducting and processing various types of customer bank transactions while delivering the "IBC Experience." This includes providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service while adhering to bank policies and procedures. Tellers must maintain a balanced cash drawer and develop customer relationships to identify products and services that meet banking needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process paying and receiving teller transactions.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service to deliver the IBC Experience.
• Balance and maintain assigned cash box and vault, and perform end-of-day processes.
• Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs through various channels.
• Achieve sales performance goals and participate in referral programs.
• Participate in product and service initiatives for bank growth.
• Attend company meetings.
• Process foreign currency transactions.
• Follow procedures to minimize errors and losses.
• Assist with resolving customer transaction issues.
• Respond to banking inquiries.
• Operate and maintain teller equipment.
• Assist with branch procedures, including opening and closing.
• Support on-the-job training for colleagues.
• Be flexible to work at other branches as needed.
• Perform sales functions as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
