Legacy at Burlington in Colorado is hiring a full-time Day Shift Universal Resident Caregiver to provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, meal service, housekeeping, and resident engagement. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and current QMAP certification (or eligibility).

Schedule is 6a-2p with a competitive hourly wage and benefits package.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in an Assisted Living Facility preferred.
• Current QMAP certification or eligibility to obtain certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with waking, dressing, grooming, and bathing according to their care plan.
• Prepare and serve meals, assist residents to dining areas, and clean dining and kitchen areas after meals.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and ironing duties as scheduled.
• Support residents in participating in recreational activities and social engagement.

Schedule: Day Shift 6a-2p

About the Role:

The Universal Resident Caregiver provides direct, hands-on care to residents of the Assisted Living Facility, supporting activities of daily living, medication administration, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and resident activities. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and homelike environment for every resident.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with waking, dressing, grooming, and bathing according to their individual care plan.
• Prepare and serve meals, assist residents to and from the dining room, and clean dining and kitchen areas after each meal.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and ironing duties for residents as scheduled and needed.
• Support residents in participating in recreational activities and social engagement

Wage Range: $17.00-$18.50 / Application Deadline: 9/15/2026

Requirements
