St. Clare Friedensheim in Monroe, WI is hiring Universal Care Givers. We’re a small, close-knit team that values heart as much as experience. If you are compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn, you can grow with us and pursue CNA training.

We offer FULL TIME DAY SHIFT and PART TIME NIGHT SHIFT with every other weekend required. Starting wage is $17-$18 per hour, plus weekend/shift differentials and benefits to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in assisted living preferred.
• Medication certifications preferred.
• Willing to learn and grow in a caregiving role.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities.
• Provide medication support within your training and certification.
• Assist with meals, activities and socialization.
• Light apartment cleaning and daily needs tasks.

What does a Universal Care Giver do?

This role is about much more than completing a list of tasks. You help our residents continue living as independently as possible while making sure they feel safe, respected, cared for and at home.

Your day may include assisting residents with personal care, medication support within your training and certification, meals, activities and socialization, light apartment cleaning, and other daily needs.

Most importantly, you'll spend your days caring for people and making their lives a little better.

High school diploma required. Previous assisted living/CBRF experience, Medication certifications are preferred, but we encourage caring candidates who are willing to learn to apply.
