Responsibilities

• To assist members/potential members with their Credit Union financial needs including lending, processing transactions, vault management, account management, and performing a variety of duties within the branch that supports Credit Union operations. Provide quality member service and support to all members, potential members, and colleagues.
• Conduct all aspects of teller operations within the branch ensuring daily activities are performed in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Provide Quality Member Service by completing member financial transactions to include deposits, loans, etc. Balance teller drawer and meet documentation requirements as directed.
• Corresponds with and interviews loan applicants. Evaluate necessary documents for approval and process approved loan documents for disbursement/filing, ensuring Credit Union polices and legal requirements are met.
• Thorough knowledge of CU products and services to serve members with opening and closing accounts, answering questions about products and services, and resolving concerns. Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells products and services to members.
• Performs other duties as needed or assigned.
