Job summary

Clearwater Credit Union in Missoula, MT is hiring a Universal Associate to support members across their financial journey, from opening accounts to processing transactions and assisting with lending decisions. Qualifications

Provide excellent member service in person, over the phone, and via digital channels.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Be a team player who can multi-task and adapt to changing member needs.

Responsibilities

Provide services to members: processing cash and check transactions and opening new accounts.
Assist with lending functions: fund auto-decisioned loans and refer to lending when needed.
Protect members and the credit union from fraudulent activities.
Use financial service equipment and assist with maintenance of equipment.
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist members.
Educate members about Digital Banking, Phone Banking, Card Services, and ITM Operations.
Advise on account options and maintain/update member records.
Research and resolve member account questions and refer to credit counseling when needed.
Educate on financial solutions and stay updated on product offerings.
Process service transactions and balance end-of-day activities.
