Qualifications

• Provides excellent service to members, both internal and external.
• Assists with cash and check processing, account opening, and lending support.
• Handles member inquiries across multiple channels with accuracy.
• Protects members and credit union from fraudulent activities.
• Maintains and updates member records and responds to issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal and external members with excellent service.
• Provide services to members: processing cash and check transactions, opening new accounts, assisting with lending functions.
• Protect members and credit union from fraudulent activities.
• Use financial services equipment and assist with maintenance.
• Receive and make phone calls; support digital and ITM services.
• Advise on account options and research member issues.
