Job summary

Minnwest Bank in Summit, SD is seeking a full-time Assistant Universal Banker to deliver a professional customer experience, from sales to service, and help transition customers to bankers for retail and business products. You will also service existing accounts and build relationships.

This role requires occasional travel to Minnwest Bank Training Center in Eagan, MN for Universal Banker Training. Mileage is paid if using personal vehicle; a bank vehicle may be used if available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months cash handling and customer service experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service by identifying and recommending bank products and services.
• Process routine transactions (deposits, cash handling, receipts, checks, cashing, payouts).
• Proactively transition customers and prospects to achieve sales and service goals.
• Assist customers with account changes, inquiries, and issues.
• Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services.
