Job Description

Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service by understanding clients' financial needs. Support sales and service activities, focusing on outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure consistent service by engaging clients with courtesy, conducting transactions, and uncovering needs.
  2. Educate clients on digital solutions like ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
  3. Support sales through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities.
  4. Understand and support IRM to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  5. Participate in leadership routines and training to enhance knowledge and service quality.
  6. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
  7. Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering suitable products and services.
Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
  • Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC and software applications
  • Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints
  • Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed

Preferred:

  • One year of client relationship or sales experience
  • Knowledge of complex transactions, risk management, and prospecting
  • Understanding of bank operations and policies
