The position involves providing timely and efficient client transaction services, maintaining accurate records, and handling all monies properly. You will deliver high-quality service, understand client financial needs, and support sales activities, including outbound calling and integrated relationship management (IRM).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service through courteous interactions and efficient transaction processing.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions like ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
• Support sales by participating in outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand and support IRM processes to deliver tailored solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing training to enhance knowledge and service quality.
• Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk policies.
• Assist with new account openings and resolve client issues, supporting branch demands.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or client service experience
• Six months of sales or relationship building experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with PC and branch automation software
• Ability to multitask and work flexible hours, including weekends and travel if needed

Preferred:

• One year of sales or relationship experience
• Knowledge of complex branch transactions and risk management
• Experience in sourcing new clients and understanding bank operations
