Universal Banker PT 20 hrs - West Sadsbury Branch

Join us as a Universal Banker PT 20 hrs - West Sadsbury Branch at Truist.

This role involves providing timely and efficient client transactions, maintaining accurate records, and delivering superior service by understanding clients' financial needs. The position includes supporting sales activities, outbound calling, and assisting with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver a distinctive client experience through courteous interaction, conducting transactions, and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions like ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
• Support sales by participating in outreach, identifying client needs, and referring clients appropriately.
• Understand and support IRM practices to deliver tailored solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing training to enhance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or client service experience
• Six months of sales or relationship building experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in PC and branch software
• Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours including weekends

Preferred:

• One year of sales or relationship experience
• Knowledge of advanced transactions and risk management
