Trustar Bank is a community bank serving businesses and individuals in the greater metropolitan Washington DC area. The Universal Banker will provide high-quality customer service as a cross-trained new accounts representative, owning the entire customer experience in the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• One to two years banking experience in a teller or new accounts position is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• May be required to work evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers and process transactions.
• Balance daily transactions and cash in accordance with policy.
• Ask open-ended questions to identify customer needs and offer Trustar Bank solutions.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
• Open and service accounts with confidence and precision.
• Assist with daily and monthly activities to ensure branch compliance with bank policies.
• Support the branch in sales, service and community initiatives.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
