ESL Federal Credit Union is seeking a Universal Banker to serve at both the Newark and Phelps branches. You will process transactions, answer questions, and guide members to suitable financial solutions while building lasting relationships.

The role requires flexibility to cover teller or relationship duties as branch needs dictate. You will gain experience across accounts and loans, with opportunities for growth in a nationally recognized credit union.

Formación

• One year in sales/service in financial services or related industry.
• HS diploma or equivalency required.
• Strong communication, problem solving and decision making.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Flexible to support branch needs.
• Able to build customer and peer relationships.
• Proficient in PC applications.
• Understanding of banking products/services preferred.
• Notary preferred; if not, obtain within 12 months.
• Must complete NMLS submission and be registered as an MLO with ESL.
• Aligns with ESL core values and mission.

Responsabilidades

• Create a positive face-to-face member experience.
• Build long-lasting relationships with members.
• Work as Teller or Relationship Banker per branch needs.
• Process financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Help members identify suitable financial solutions.
• Educate and refer products/services to members.
