Job summary

ESL Federal Credit Union is seeking a Universal Banker to join our Cobblestone office. The role focuses on delivering excellent member service while identifying needs and completing transactions, with opportunities to cross-sell financial solutions.

You will learn banking functions through Teller and Relationship Banker duties, supporting branch operations and helping members use ESL’s digital services.

Qualifications

• One year in sales/service in the financial services or comparable industry required.
• High School diploma or High School equivalency required.
• Strong communication, problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Notary preferred; if not, obtain within 12 months of filling role.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions in a branch environment.
• Provide recommendations for financial solutions to build relationships.
• Support branch needs as Teller or Relationship Banker.
• Assist members with accounts, loans and maintenance.
