Job summary

Arizona Central Credit Union is seeking a positive, ambitious, service-oriented individual to join our Woodlands Branch in Flagstaff. This role educates members on credit union products and services, advising them to fully utilize membership benefits.

Responsibilities include opening accounts, certificates, loans, and related products, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with questions while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience preferred including; sales, customer service, and cash handling experience.

• Open all accounts, certificates, loans, and other credit union products or services accurately, and ensure proper documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Assist members with questions on accounts, and complete research to identify and resolve problems.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable credit union policies and procedures.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer. Keep accurate records.

Role:

• Open all accounts, certificates, loans, and other credit union products or services accurately, and ensure proper documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Assists members with questions on accounts, and completes research to identify and resolve problems.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable credit union policies and procedures.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer. Keep accurate records.

Schedule:

• Monday -Friday (No Weekends)
• 8:45 am - 5:30 pm
